Shipping time: Generally, for Standard Shipping, it will take 7-15 business days for your orders to reach you, some distance area might take even longer.

1. You have 30 days to decide if an item is right for you, if you would like to return or exchange the item please contact us within 30 days from the date you've received all your items.

2. The original shipping fee and Shipping Guarantee are non-refundable.

3. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost.

4. Please make sure you don't include items not from Arvses by accident in your return package. We will not be responsible for sending back those items to you.

5. If you provide incorrect recipient information, your package may be lost or returned and we will not be responsible.
