At Losbelias, we want you to love what you buy. If something isn’t right, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return or exchange your item. Need help? Our customer service team is here for you.


How to Start a Return

  1. Visit Our Return Center
    Use the link provided and enter your order number (found in your confirmation email) and the email address used for your purchase.

  2. Provide Return Details
    Select the item(s) you’re returning and choose a reason. If possible, attach photos or videos to help us understand the issue.

  3. Submit Your Request
    Our team will review your request within 2 to 3 business days and email you with next steps.


Approval & Returning Your Item

  1. Check Your Email
    Once your return is approved, you’ll receive an email with instructions on how to proceed.

  2. Ship the Item Back
    Securely package the item and send it back within 30 days of approval.

  3. Provide Tracking Info
    Log into our Return Center to submit your tracking number. We recommend keeping proof of postage for your records.


Refund Process

  1. Processing Your Refund
    We’ll notify you as soon as we receive your return.

  2. Refund Options

    • Original Payment Method: Once your return is processed, your refund will be issued within 7 business days (timing depends on your bank).

    • Gift Card Refund: If you prefer store credit, we’ll issue a gift card within 2 to 3 business days after receiving your return.


Return Shipping Costs

  • General Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We don’t provide prepaid return labels, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: If the return is due to an error on our part, we’ll cover the return shipping cost.


Warehouse Processing Schedule

Our returns team processes shipments every Wednesday. If your package arrives after this, it will be processed the following week.
Pro Tip: Providing a tracking number helps us locate your package faster and speeds up your refund.


Exchange Policy

We don’t offer direct exchanges. Instead, follow these simple steps:

  1. Return the original item using our return process.

  2. Place a new order for the correct item.
    This ensures you get the right product as quickly as possible.


Important Return Guidelines

  • Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Refunds are only issued for items received by our warehouse.

  • Unauthorized returns will not be processed.

  • We’re not responsible for lost or damaged return packages—please use a trackable shipping method.

  • If your return is sent to the wrong address, we can’t guarantee processing.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Items returned after 30 days

  • Worn, altered, or tagless items

  • Swimwear without hygiene stickers

  • Final sale and promotional items

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Intimate apparel (e.g., lingerie, swimwear, underwear)

  • Jewelry and hygiene-sensitive accessories (e.g., earrings)


Restocking Fees

  • You get 3 free returns per year.

  • Additional returns will incur a 6% restocking fee per item.


Order Cancellations

  • You can cancel your order before it ships.

  • A 24-hour cancellation window allows you to modify or cancel your order at no charge.

  • If your order isn’t processed within 3 business days, it will be automatically canceled.

  • Once an order ships, it can’t be canceled. Please double-check your details before placing your order.
